Virtual Parent’s Learning Hour (PLH): Dental Care for Children

During this Parent Learning Hour (PLH) session, educators will provide information regarding proper oral health care for children, from the ages of infancy to school-age. Techniques of how to best implement dental care with children will be discussed. The importance of supporting children’s well-being with proper oral health will be emphasized throughout the presentation. Educators will share current information and resources from the Windsor-Essex County Healthy Unit regarding dental screening clinics, as well as the “Healthy Smiles Ontario” program.
